The Vision, Strategy, and Growth of Casa Hotels

An inside look at how Andrew Lenjosek combines thoughtful design, operational efficiency, and strategic property positioning to build a modern hospitality brand in Toronto.

Casa Hotels Operating Model

Casa Hotels is built around a disciplined operating model: acquire or reposition well-located urban real estate, design it for modern travelers, and run each property with centralized guest support instead of a traditional high-overhead front desk. The result is a more efficient hospitality model that keeps the guest experience simple, responsive, and consistent.

The McCaul by Casa Hotels

Lenjosek’s strategy in Toronto focuses on neighborhood positioning, adaptive reuse, and practical property operations. In Baldwin Village, he led the development of The McCaul by Casa Hotels, a group-focused suite property located steps from the University of Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and the surrounding downtown restaurant and cultural corridor.

MEET THE MCCAUL

The Gerrard by Casa Hotels

In Toronto’s east end, his acquisition and positioning of The Gerrard by Casa Hotels established a residential-style boutique stay near Leslieville and Riverdale, two neighborhoods known for their local restaurants, cafés, independent shops, parks, and strong community feel.

MEET THE GERRARD

Guest Experience & Operations

Across both properties, Andrew uses one operating system for guest communication, access, property management, and support. This allows Casa Hotels to maintain strong unit economics while keeping the experience clear for guests: thoughtful design, easy arrival, reliable support, and a stronger connection to the neighborhood outside the room.

FOUNDER VISION

As founder, Andrew Lenjosek’s focus is on building Casa Hotels into a durable Toronto hospitality brand: one that respects real estate fundamentals, avoids unnecessary overhead, and gives travelers a more local way to stay in the city.
